On a trip across Southeast Asia to document sustainable food practices, the team from Perennial Plate stops for some delectable treats in Sri Lanka. While Sri Lanka and India share many of the same flavors, the cuisine on this tiny island is quite unique. Sri Lankans in particular enjoy a healthy amount of seafood, which they bathe in curried spices and serve with coconut milk.
